Mr. Ghai has more than 27 years of experience in the banking Industry. Before Joining SMC, he was the ED of IFCI Ltd. His areas of expertise include Corporate/Debt Restructuring, M&A, Project Finance, Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction etc. He has a rich exposure to various sectors and has been involved in over 100 projects. He has also been on the Board of leading industrial houses of the country.

Mr. Jagannadham is member of ICAI and ICWAI. As the equity head he has advised various clients on restructuring and corporate finance and is responsible for Equity Syndication. Before joining SMC, he was with Morgan Stanley and was part of Indian delegation to China, Singapore and Malaysia from ICAI. He contributed scholarly content in number of publications like India Economy Review, My Money, The Week, Business & Economy, 4Ps, Malayalam Manorama etc. and was guest speaker on podium of various commerce and industry platforms like ASSOCHAM, D&B, Economic Times, FICCI, ICAI, Investor awareness campaign of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Ms. Shagun is a law graduate and a fellow member of ICSI with rich experience of more than seven years in legal and corporate advisory services. She has worked with a number of clients on ESOP advisory / implementation and Valuation, Debt & Equity Syndication and is responsible for regulatory compliance along with the formation and spearheading of a dedicated team for identifying opportunities and developing the firm's marketing strategy for its investment banking product offerings.
